This mixer was incorporated with three most advance mixing controls software egg. Batch Temperature Limit Control, Power Related Oil Injection Control and Ram Position Profile Control.

Batch Temperature Limit Controller is useful to keep batch temperature at a defined value during a mixing phase by varying the rotor speed.

Power Related Oil Injection Controller is for the control of the oil injecting phase to avoid slipping of rotors.
Ram Position Profile Controller offers the possibility to control the exact position of the ram within different phases of the mixing process.

By adopting these three controlling devices during mixing, an optimum of mixing quality can be achieved, expecially for silica mixing which is most challenging mixing.
